Dear Fixers and Friends,
There are certain men in our lives that we will never forget. They are men that change how we approach the world. They are men that call us to action.
Today is Father’s Day in the United States, and we’d like to take this moment to recognize the everyday heroes that shape our lives—our fathers, our grandfathers, our uncles, and our mentors.
Thank you for helping us become better people. Thank you for showing us how to live with purpose and intention.
I’d like to share a story about the relationship between a boy and his grandfather. This man left a legacy, and influenced the boy more than he would ever know. My grandfather taught me that what I made with my hands was important. It was my relationship with him that sparked iFixit’s mission to repair the world, one broken thing at a time.
