 | LG Optimus G Pro (AT&T) Though it lacks a stylus, the Optimus G Pro is not only armed with high-end specs, but it's also still cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 -- making it the best AT&T phablet available now. | | Pantech Perception (Verizon Wireless) Consider the Pantech Perception if you're deciding among $100 smartphones, but you'll get more for your money with a discounted Samsung Galaxy S3 or other last-season phones. | | Kyocera Kona (Cricket Wireless) Though it's devoid of even midlevel features (like a camera LED flash and video-recording capabilities), the Kyocera Kona manages to be the best flip phone from Cricket. | | HP Slate 7 The HP Slate 7 strips out way too much to make its low price, and what's left can't compare to the Nexus 7's offerings. | | ZTE Director (U.S. Cellular) The ZTE Director is competitively priced under a carrier agreement, but users should still be aware that US Cellular offers better devices. Particularly when considering the phone's glacial CPU, poor audio quality, and mediocre camera. | | | | |
